DOUALA - Puma Soccer Tournement 2016
City Sports is launching the first edition of Puma soccer tournament 2016 Douala, Cameroon. In the region of Wouri, 66 football clubs ,recognized by the Departmental League, have been competing to get to the qualifying matches. Following these qualifications, 8 teams of 15 players wearing Puma garment from Sport City, were selected to play the finals. On June 18th at the Cicam stadium in Douala, the victory was won by the King Bojongo team, winner of “Cité des Palmiers” Tricks, after a series of penalty kicks (5-4). City sport and Puma have highlighted the social character of this tournament allowing children to fulfill their dream of maybe becoming a great player wearing high quality garment, and giving them the opportunity to be spotted by potential recruiters
